Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at support@pawfectpure.com with your order number
- We’ll send you a return label and instructions
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
